New factory Journey

Finally able to have a bigger kitchen to cater for bigger order. Upgraded into a food establishment licence so that cookies can be sold at retailers' shelves in future. The  6~9 months journey from finding the location to getting approval from NEA/URA/SFA to renovation and testing out new baking equipment is a tiring but happy process. Submitted the Charcoal Pineapple Tart for the challenge. Out of 100+ tarts,  the DJ and the staff shortlisted my tart as of the top 10 tarts for the public to judge at J- Cube.

Gingerbread decoration by children on Xmas

Church ordered 50 gingerbread for the children to decorate on Xmas day. Hope the children had a wonderful and fun time. Too bad the customer did not take the photo of their master pieces but am sure they turned out beautifully. At least he manage to send me a photo to capture the moment.
