Frequently Asked Questions


Q: How do we place orders?
A: Unless is a customized order else we preferably accept online orders for better monitoring and paperless.                

As our products  are 100% handmade and some times bake in rental baking studio, we encourage customers to place orders in advance to avoid disappointment.

Depends on the quantity, the products are prepared 2-4 business days before delivery to ensure freshness.

 Appreciate full payment before we can proceed.


Q: Do you have delivery service?
A: Our delivery is outsourced to a third party. We will provide the airwaybill number for tracking.

A standard service of 1~3 business days after pick-up ->warehouse->delivery.

We always ensure the products are delivered on time or 1~2 business days earlier. ( No weekend delivery to offices)

Once the products are at warehouse, we cannot re-schedule the delivery date. The customer will have to liaise directly with the courier for re-scheduling.                    

The delivery company charges min $10 per trip, depending on the weight and parcel size.                       

We will waive the  delivery charge for orders exceeding $500 but deliver to one location.


Q: Do you sell items individually? Or are you able to pack them individually?

A: All products are packed as indicated. We do provide alternative packaging as per customer's requirements.

Q: Are your products Halal certified?
A: No, our products are not Halal certified. However, all our items contain No Pork. No Lard. ( Except for the pork floss)

A: Accept PayPal/ All major credit cards/Wire Posb Saving :020-18127-3                         

 


Q: Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
A: Due to hygiene considerations, all products sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept exchange of products. Please seek clarification with us should you have any questions regarding our products.Unless the product is unavailable else we will refund 100%.
